Core Responsibilities:
Develop and execute public relations strategies to enhance the organization’s reputation
Manage multiple PR campaigns and maintain their accounts

- Designing for digital and print in Adobe Creative Suite
- Creating and working to design briefs and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Creating email campaigns using HTML/CSS and knowledge of Mailchimp would be beneficial
- Designing exceptional creative assets, while following brand guidelines as necessary
- Producing monthly client campaigns, printed assets, web banners and product emails
- Conceptualise and designing custom promotions for clients
- Accurate tracking of your time between projects
Skills and Experience:
- Able to work as part of a team or autonomously with the ability to fully own your workload
- Confident collaborator – able to share ideas and take direction when needed, excellent communication skills are essential

Core Responsibilities
- Capture business requirements and translate the requirements into a best practice approach (where solutions exist) or into high level specifications for Technical teams to develop a solution
- Demonstrate product functionality to an expert level. Deliver presentations and product demonstrations as required
- Assist with the design solutions where there are functional gaps between the product and customer business requirements
- Facilitate requirements analysis sessions, knowledge transfer workshops, product training workshops
- Conduct internal testing to ensure software solution is fit-for-purpose
- Develop Test Plans and test scripts for client User Acceptance Testing
- Produce Training Plans and deliver end user training
- Identify risks, taking appropriate action as necessary
Skills & Experience
- Good communicator with demonstrable experience, both written and verbal, in order to effectively articulate their views
- Domain knowledge from one or more of the following: Maritime, Defence, Cruise, Offshore, Engineering (ideal but not essential)
- Knowledge of HR or Workforce Planning solutions
- Ability to communicate effectively with the customer business users and key stakeholders.
- Experience in delivering product training, both one to one and in groups
- Excellent time management skills
- Experience presenting to both large groups and senior staff/executives
- Analytical skills including process improvement
- Working knowledge of business process analysis techniques and project management methodologies (Waterfall and Agile)
Qualifications
- Experience of implementing software systems in-house or on customer sites
- A technology or HR background within workforce management or HR implementations gained in either a client or vendor role

- Maintaining and managing the 1st and 2nd line issues (hardware and network based) that will come through
- Approximately 50% of the role will probably involve being on the floor with colleagues, fixing hardware issues.
- Approximately 50% of the role will also then be managing service requests that have been raised.
